L'espion Digital Dream

The L'espion Digital Dream

Presumably not THE smallest digital camera, but certainly a very small digital camera for the price.

And the price was around £40 when I bought it. They're very likely about a fiver now.

So, what do you get for your £40? or £5?
Well for a start don't expect wonderful photographs from this little baby as it's only 0.1 megapixel which will give you 80 pictures at 176x144 or 20 pictures at 352x288. It is small though.

It has a continuous shooting facility (like a motor wind), a self-timer, a pop-up viewfinder, can be used as a web cam, and has a key chain. And it's small.

It runs on a single AAA battery (Alkaline recommended) which tends to run down if left inserted. I had to remove the battery until I used the camera and then download the pics before removing the battery again. The camera is small though.

Small or what?
In the box is a USB cable, a CD containing software and PDF instructions, and a little leatherette pouch for the camera. Which, incidentally, is quite small.
What's going on here then?
