Ergolife Dyna

Another useful item from the Ergolife stable is the 'Dyna', a lightweight water repellent outdoor cushion.
We were lucky enough to be able to test this recently launched product during our holiday in France.

The Dyna is a water repellent cushion that is light enough to be of benefit to all types of campers, caravanners, walkers and even those of us that can only manage to reach the patio from our own back doors. Weighing at a miserly 140g, the Dyna is un-noticable in your backpack or neatly tucked into the straps of the Kyla cool bag.

It measures 40cm x 35cm and although it rolls up into next to nothing, is thick enough to take the hardness off any available seating surface.
The most obvious use for the cushion is to make those awful plastic garden chairs more bearable but can be used whenever you need a more comfortable sitting position. Whether out walking, camping or simply in your own garden, the Dyna can turn wooden garden furniture into a sumptuous sofa or even make that damp stone wall safe to sit on.

Made of a treated, water repellent polyester outer covering with a silicon treated polyester filling, the Dyna will resist moisture and mould.

We tested two of these Dyna cushions in the south of France during early September. Obviously there was no damp to be found but they did take the hardness off hard chairs.

They also stopped us sticking to plastic garden chairs (yes, it WAS that hot). So hot in fact that I developed what is possibly a new, unthought of use at the moment.

I put them in the fridge. Yes, that's right, fifteen minutes in the crisper compartment gets you a good half hour of glorious coolness to your critical regions.
