Our 2003 holiday got off to a bad start even though
there was still five months before September arrived.
We had booked and paid in full with Motours at the
beginning of the year but the company disappeared
at the end of March leaving us not only to claim our
money back from ABTA, but also without a holiday.
By the time we received a refund it only left us
a short while to try and arrange our holiday with
someone else. This is where Venue Holidays
came to the rescue by finding us room at two of their
sites in France. This was not the only time Venue
ensured we had a good holiday. They also managed to
accommodate another family travelling with us to the
same sites and, a situation that they probably haven't
had to deal with before, they found us another site
after our first choice (Domaine du Colombier) burnt
to the ground during the major forest fires in August.
So it was that Venue arranged for us to visit two
sites in France, the first near Annecy and the second
on the south coast.

Conclusion
We have found Venue to be very, very competitive
with their pricing and offer superb accommodation.
Having tried them for the 2003 holiday featured here
we had no hesitation in booking our 2004 holiday with
them as well.
